The pull of craftsmanship is strong in Jerod Pfeffer.  His bakery, 460 Bread in Driggs Idaho, provides exceptional bread throughout the Teton Mountains. And it's drawn him into the world of competitive bread baking as well. Jerod is a member of Team USA , hoping to compete in the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie next spring in Paris.

In this episode, Mark and Jerod talk about building 460 Bread, what compelled Jerod to compete for a place on Team USA and how the experience is making him a better baker.
